Turnaround Time:  Turnaround time should be 2 wks, from order to delivery, unless discussed with and agreed upon with the artist.

PayPal Transactions:  PayPal is a world leader against online fraud.  When you open your PayPal account, you are invited to confirm your billing and/or shipping address.  A confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe based on information related to the address. For example, a credit card billing address is confirmed because PayPal can check that the address is the same as the address on file at the credit card company.  PayPal provides confirmed addresses to help sellers make informed decisions when shipping goods.  Shipment to an unconfirmed address renders the transaction ineligible for the PayPal Seller Protection Policy.  Although we will ship orders to unconfirmed addresses, these orders are subject to up to a 5 day hold.  In those cases, we reserve the right to request additional buyer information to process the transaction.

There are several ways to confirm your shipping address on PayPal:

• Add a credit card to your PayPal account. By adding a credit card to your account, PayPal can attempt to confirm your address with your credit card company. If the credit card company is not able to confirm your address, you may be asked to complete the Expanded Use enrollment process to activate your credit card. Your address can be confirmed after that process is complete. Note: Not all credit card companies are able to confirm addresses.

• Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If approved, the address on your application will be a confirmed address.

• Complete Alternate Address Confirmation. This process takes several days and is only available for U.S. accounts.

Our Guarantee:  We fully guarantee the accuracy of all customization done to our artwork.  If your customized order arrives with errors or any other discrepancy from the way it was ordered, we will offer either a replacement or refund at no charge to you.  For non-customized art including canvas and illustrations, these may be returned according to our return policies listed below.

Returns:  On this website, we have attempted to accurately reflect the actual colors and shades of our products.  By selecting good quality digital photos, we feel that our thumbnail and large image samples are a true representation of the product you will receive.  However, please keep in mind that several factors are beyond our control, such as your computer monitor's quality and brightness, the web browser you're using, etc.  Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on customized airbrushing, except in cases where we made spelling errors.  Non-customized items may be returned, but are subject to a 15% restocking fee per item.  Shipping costs on all non-customized returns are the buyer's responsibility.

Packaging:  All shipping boxes are professionally packed to ensure safe arrival to you.  Where appropriate due to weight, some packages are double boxed for added protection.  We use environmentally friendly packing materials and recycled boxes.  Shipping insurance is available on all purchases for an additional fee; please see your shopping cart details for additional information.
